How the Family 40 plan is charged

One price covers 40 hours on line each month, shared by up to 8 users.

The meter counts from the moment the modem answers until you sign out. Time spent reading mail off line is not counted.

Extra hours

After 40 hours each minute is charged at the rate on your statement, shown in the column Extra.

  • Hours you do not use are not carried over.
  • The account holder can stop extra hours altogether.
