Mail to your shop address lands here, newest first. Each letter carries one mark: waiting, answered, or handed to someone by name. Nobody answers twice, and nothing sits unseen over a weekend.
Pick a name and the letter moves to that person's list, with a note only the team can read. The customer sees one tidy answer.
Every plan is free for thirty days, and setting up takes about four minutes.

Every account starts with thirty free days on the plan you picked. Nothing is charged until that month is over, and we write to you three days before it ends.
Move up or down from the plan page. Moving down never deletes mail; mailboxes over the new limit stop receiving until you pick which ones to keep.
Close the account from the plan page. For thirty days after, every letter can be fetched as one file from /export on your account address.
Write to us. A person answers, usually the same day, a little slower at weekends.
