How ordering works
The chronoskin shop is run by two people of the project. There is no warehouse: goods are printed in small batches and sent from one room.
From cart to door
- Fill the cart and give an address. No account is needed.
- Pay by card or transfer. The receipt comes by mail.
- The parcel leaves within a day and carries a tracking number.
When something is wrong
Answer the receipt and say what happened. Quote the order number, which looks like CS-2026-03180, and we take it from there.
Returns
Unworn goods come back within 30 days. Seconds and stickers do not.
Batches
A sold out size returns with the next batch, about every six weeks.
