Hello!
I teach mathematics by day and look at the sky by night.
I have kept this page since March 1997. It began as one screen of text and a picture of the Moon, and it has grown a room at a time. Everything here is written by hand in a text editor and saved as index.html.
The observatory
The observatory is a garden shed whose roof rolls back on four wheels from a lawn mower. Inside are:
- a six-inch reflector on a wooden mount;
- a red torch and a folding chair;
- a tin of biscuits for cold nights.
Reading the links
Links on chronoskin are underlined, and their colour tells you where you have been.
A link you have not followed, one you have visited, one under the pointer, one as you click it, a bold link and a small link.
Write to me
I answer every letter, though not always the same week. The quickest way to say hello is the guestbook.
