Getting more from your mailbox
Three settings are worth five minutes of your time: folders, filters and your signature.
Keep the Inbox short
Make a folder for anything you will want again, and let a filter put new mail there as it arrives. Bulk mail and Trash empty themselves after seven days.
- Folders: up to 20 of your own
- Filters: up to 15, checked in order
- Attachments: 1 MB a message
Read your mail elsewhere
A mail program can collect from this mailbox as well as the web page can.
Settings for a mail program
Enter pop.chronoskin.example as the incoming server and your sign-in name as the account.
A signature
Up to four lines of plain text, added to every message you write.
