How much can move

Limits protect the account when a phone or a card is lost. You can lower any of them yourself.

One transfer can be up to 5,000.00 and a day's transfers up to 10,000.00. A transfer carries its own reference, such as TR-0512-88, which both sides see on their statement.

New payees

The first transfer to a new payee is limited to 1,000.00 and is held for an hour, so that a mistake can still be stopped.

What we check first

  • That the name matches the name on the receiving account.
  • That the amount fits what is left of today's limit.
  • That the device has been used with this account before.
