How the import works

Never built a timetable before? The guide gets you from an empty week to the first booking in four short steps.

Read the guide
Can I change plan mid month?

Yes. The price follows from the next day.

Do members need an account?

No. They book with a name and an email.

What if a teacher is ill?

Swap the name and everyone booked is told.

Open the doors on Monday

Twelve minutes to set up, one free month, and your list comes with you if you leave.

Guide

Four short steps from an empty week to the first booking.

Your first timetable

A timetable is a list of classes, each with a room, a teacher and a number of places. Everything else can wait until somebody has booked.

What a class needs

Give it a name people would say out loud. Set the size in the field named places and leave the rest as it is.

  • A start time and a length, not a vague "evening"
  • A size you can teach well, not the size of the room
  • One line on what to bring

After the first week

Look at who came, thank the regulars, and copy the week forward. See copying a week for the short way.
