Ivo waits ten minutes and calls you. After that the bike goes back to the workshop and you choose a new slot, free of charge.

Can someone else take the bike?

Yes, anyone over 18 whom you name under Delivery.

Does it arrive in a box?

No. It is ridden or carried to you, ready to use.

How do I send it back?

Within 30 days we collect it at your door.

What happens at the handover

The rider arrives on your bike or with it. Nothing comes in a box and nothing needs tools.

Twenty minutes, three things

He sets the saddle to your height, shows you the three assist levels and pairs the bike with the app. The code he asks for is the six characters shown as CS-HAND on the tracking screen; do not share it earlier.

Check the frame number against the order.
Try both brakes and the lights.
Take both keys for the battery lock.

If something is not right

Say so before you sign. The rider notes it and the workshop calls you the same day.
