A drawer full of old phones
Most of us have one. From today, each of ours can be opened, mended and used again, by you or by us.
Parts for every model since 2014 are on the shelf: screens, batteries, cameras and the small grey gasket that keeps the rain out. Each kit carries a code such as KIT-P14-BAT and a manual written for people who have never held the tool.
What it costs
Parts are sold at what they cost us to make and send. A battery kit for a five-year-old phone is 29.
What is in a kit
- The part, tested, with a two-year guarantee.
- Every screw and seal you will disturb on the way in.
- A prepaid bag to send the old part back for recycling.
