How counting works
A habit counts once a day, inside the hours you gave it. Reading counts from six in the evening until midnight.
Streaks
A streak is the number of days in a row with a check-in. One missed day breaks the row but not the month: the calendar keeps the hoop and carries on.
- A check-in after midnight belongs to the new day
- A paused habit keeps its streak for two weeks
- Two misses in a row turn the label red
Your own rule
Each habit has one line that says when it fits. For this one it is after dinner, phone in the hall, and you can change it at any time.
