What it does
The clock that Windows forgot to give you.
chronoskin Clock sits in a corner of the desktop and shows the time in figures large enough to read from across the room. It uses less than 1% of the processor and stays out of the way of other windows.
What is new in 2.1
- an alarm can play any sound file, not only the beep;
- the on-line counter starts by itself when the modem connects;
- the window remembers where you left it.
Installing it
Run the file you downloaded and choose a folder. To start the clock with a different colour, add a switch to the shortcut, for example cclock.exe /green. To take it off again:
Start, Settings, Control Panel Add/Remove Programs, chronoskin Clock, Remove
How the links look
A link you have not followed, one you have visited, one under the pointer, one as you click it, a bold link and a small link.
