What happens when you press send
A letter leaves in batches of two hundred, so a large list takes a few minutes.
Each reader gets their own copy. chronoskin notes when it is delivered, opened and clicked, and nothing else.
What the figures count
- Delivered: the reader's mail server accepted it
- Opened: the pictures in the letter were loaded
- Clicked: at least one link was followed
Adding a reader's name
Write {first_name} anywhere in the subject or the message and it is replaced for each reader.
Why is a letter counted as bounced?
The reader's mail server refused it: the address no longer exists or the mailbox is full. After three bounces the address is set aside.
Can I stop a letter after pressing send?
For as long as it is scheduled, yes. Once the first batch has left, the rest follows.
What does a reader see when they unsubscribe?
One page with one button. They are off the list at once and you see them in the report.
How many readers can a list have?
As many as the plan allows. The bar under your name in the rail shows how much of it is used.
