New: handovers on the lock screen

Hand the shift over in two minutes flat

chronoskin turns the scribbled note by the till into a shared checklist that the next shift opens on any phone.

One list that every shift can trust

Four small tools around a single screen. Nothing to set up, nothing to learn.

Checklists that carry over

Anything left unticked moves to the next shift by itself, with a note of who left it.

Reminders at the right hour

Set the fridge check for 4 pm once and the afternoon shift is asked every day.

Notes with a reply

Ask about the odd delivery under the note itself, not in a group chat nobody reads.

A week at a glance

See which jobs keep slipping and which shift is carrying them, without a spreadsheet.

What counts as a site?

One shop, café or kitchen with its own lists. A stall that opens at weekends counts as one too.

Do the people on a shift need an account?

No. They open the list from a link on the shop phone and sign each line with their name.

What happens when the phone is offline?

The handover is kept on the phone and sent the moment it finds a signal. The list page shows it as not sent until then.

What's new

Why the app is built the way it is, and what each version added.

Made for the five minutes nobody has

The end of a shift is the worst time to write things down. So chronoskin asks for as little as it can.

Open the app and the list is already there, in the order the room is walked. Tick, add a line where something is odd, and close the shift with one button.

What the next shift sees

  • What was done, and by whom
  • What was left, with the reason given
  • Anything new since they were last in

For the till and the back office

Post a handover from your own system with one call to POST /v1/handovers, and read it back as plain text.
