Everyone sees the same rota, on the wall screen in the back office and on the phone in their pocket. Change a shift and the people it affects get a message.

Planning the week

A rota is a grid: people down the side, days across the top.

Pick a shift from the palette and drop it on a cell. A shift keeps its start, end and break, so the hours add up as you go and the total for each person sits at the end of the row.

Start from a template

Most weeks look like the one before. Save any week as a template and the next one starts filled in.

  • One template per site, or one per season
  • Named shifts with their own colour
  • Open shiftsA shift with no name on it yet. It shows on everyone's phone. that anyone qualified may claim

Importing an old rota

Export the old sheet as rota.csv with one row per shift. The importer matches people by email address and tells you which rows it could not place.

Questions about the plans

Can I change plan later?

At any time, up or down. The new price starts with your next bill.

What counts as a site?

One address with its own rota. A stall and its kitchen are one site.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans run month to month and stop on the day you cancel.
