Mara Voss

Friday, main stage, 22:30. Ninety minutes with a string quartet.

Songs for the last light

Mara Voss writes slow songs for large rooms. This is her only outdoor night of the summer, and the first time the new record is played from start to finish.

The set

The first half is the record in order. The second half is older songs rearranged for four strings and a piano, and it ends when the field lights go down at 00:00.

Good to know

  • The main field fills from 21:30; the slope at the back keeps a clear view.
  • No photography during the first three songs, at her request.
  • A hearing loop covers the platform at the left of the desk.

Before you ask

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes, until the day before. Change the name from the link in your confirmation; it costs nothing.

Do children need a ticket?

Under twelve come free with an adult, and get ear defenders at the gate.

What if it rains?

We play. The tent and the lake stage are covered, and the main field drains quickly.

Is the meadow quiet at night?

The far half is, from one o'clock. Say so in your order and we pitch you there.
