One subject per tile
If a tile needs a second title, it is two tiles.
Budgets
A budget is a sum set aside for one purpose and one month. It is never topped up silently: moving money in leaves a line in the ledger.
Adding an entry
Type the amount and pick a budget, or run chronoskin add 64 materials from the terminal. The bank feed fills in the rest.
What an entry keeps
- The amount, the day and who logged it
- The budget it was taken from
- A photo of the receipt, when there is one
Questions
Can an entry sit in two budgets?
No. Split it into two entries, one for each.
Who can close a month?
Whoever opened the board, and anyone they name.
What does the bank feed fill in?
The day, the amount and the payee. The budget is still yours to choose.
